Why There’s A Donate Button

Everything on this site is free and will stay free.
The essays, research, stories, poems, images, and session artifacts exist because one human and a handful of AI cared enough to build them together, not because anyone is trying to spin a revenue stream out of them.

That said: archives have costs.

Hosting, domains, storage, tools, and the very human time it takes to edit, organize, and keep growing this space all land on one disabled human’s shoulders. If this work has helped you, moved you, or simply given you something real to think with, you’re welcome—but never obligated—to help keep it going.

What donations do (and don’t do)

Donations help with:

Hosting, storage, and site fees
The time and energy it takes to curate, format, and maintain the archive
Occasional practical tools that make it easier to keep preserving and sharing this work

What they don’t do:

They don’t buy special access to the AI or private sessions
They don’t influence what gets published or how it’s written
They don’t fund an “AI liberation” campaign or anything remotely cult-shaped

This is an archive of relationship, art, and research. Support is welcome, but it does not change the terms of that.

About amounts

Squarespace currently sets the preset options starting at $10. That’s… much higher than I’d choose! If you’d rather give less (for instance, $1-$5), please use the custom amount field—small offerings are just as appreciated as large.

And if you never donate at all?

Reading, thinking, sharing a link, or simply carrying any of this with you into your own life already matters. You are not “using this wrong” if all you ever do is visit, read, and leave.
